Responsibilities

• Performs light cleaning duties to maintain facilities, including making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.
• Provides quality customer service to guests with attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors; vacuums carpets and draperies; cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers.
• Responds to guest queries and requests; handles housekeeping issues such as spills and broken glasses.
• Contributes to team efforts and maintains professionalism with customers and colleagues.
