Job summary

Gulf Coast Medical Center is hiring a Housekeeper to join the environmental services team. Earn $15/hour with full-time positions and evening shifts available. You will clean patient rooms, common areas, and restrooms, ensuring a safe, clean hospital environment and friendly patient service.

Qualifications include being at least 18, English communication, teamwork, and neat appearance. Prior housekeeping in healthcare is a plus; background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.
• Preferred: Housekeeping experience in healthcare or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas of the hospital, including patient rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Follow all cleaning procedures and best practices.
• Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals in the hospital.
• Assist team members and management to help the department operate efficiently.
