Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services is hiring for full-time and part-time Housekeeper positions at St Thomas Midtown Hospital, Nashville, TN. Duties include light cleaning, bed making, linen replenishment, and room upkeep, with rotating weekends and a 7:00 am–3:30 pm schedule. Previous housekeeping experience is required, and online applications are accepted only.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments such as hospitals, including making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.
• Provides quality customer service to customers with attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops and polishes floors.
• Vacuums carpets, rugs and draperies.
• Shampoos carpets, rugs and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empties and cleans trash containers.
• Disposes of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers.
• Wipes down glass surfaces.
• Makes up beds and changes linens as required.
