Job summary

Horizons HR Services Inc. is seeking a Hospital Housekeeper for 1st & 2nd shift on a part-time basis at the largest hospital in the country. The role offers weekly pay of $15/hour with potential raises after 90 days to $17–$19/hour.

Shifts are 1st: 7:30am-3:30pm and 2nd: 3pm-11pm, with 16-32 hours per week and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and disability coverage. The position involves cleaning patient rooms, corridors, and common areas, maintaining a neat

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate proper communication with others.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• A neat, clean appearance.
• Be able to work quietly and quickly in patient areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties to maintain hospital cleanliness in a clean and orderly manner.
• Make beds, replenish linens, clean rooms and halls, vacuum.
• Replace soiled linen and towels, restock soap and tissues, disinfect bathrooms, dust and polish surfaces, remove trash.
• Report any room issues to appropriate staff.
• Complete maintenance or room-check paperwork as required.
• Work in assigned areas including patient rooms, hallways, lobby, lounges and offices.
