Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years Customer Service preferred.
• CPR certification (American Heart Association) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest services support to staff, patients and family members.
• Conduct rounds in waiting rooms, inpatient rooms, Emergency Department and Outpatient and Surgery areas to identify needs and address complaints.
• Greet visitors and assist with transporting and way-finding.
• Serve as liaison to resolve concerns and complaints regarding service quality.
