Job summary

Morrison Healthcare at Nemours Children's Hospital in Orlando, FL is hiring immediately for a full-time Grill Cook. You will prepare foods at the grill, take orders, and ensure quality and safety while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has prior grill cooking and customer service experience, can work Monday–Friday with possible weekend rotation, and is committed to high standards of cleanliness and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior grill cooking experience is required.
• Previous customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner following established service steps.
• Ensures food is at correct temperature and looks appetizing; tastes all prepared items.
• Uses approved recipes and portion controls to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintains sanitation and safety standards in all work areas.
• Resolves customer concerns and communicates issues to supervisor.
