• Ability to prepare items at the grill station and follow recipes.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers efficiently and ensures correct temperatures and presentation.
• Follows ticket-collection procedures and maintains accurate records.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards for quality and portion control.
• Carries pans and trays safely between stations.
• Maintains sanitation and cleans assigned work areas.
