Job summary

Lori’s Gifts is seeking a Sales Associate to provide compassionate service to patients, families, and healthcare workers in hospital communities nationwide. You will maintain a clean, well-stocked floor, operate the POS, and follow merchandising guidelines while upholding safety policies.

The role requires 18+ years, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the stamina to lift up to 30 lbs and stand long periods. Generous employee discounts and commuter benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred. Volunteer experience will be considered.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and attentiveness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for cash and card transactions.
• Follow merchandising and promotional guidelines.
• Open and close the store independently when scheduled.
