• One year of experience in food preparation in restaurant or hospital dietary.
• California Food Handler: Must have a California Food Handler Card or obtain within 30 days from hire.

Responsabilidades

• Carefully follow mealtime schedules and serving food at proper temperatures.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes.
• Follow recipes and serving sizes according to menu specifications.
• Deliver and retrieve patient trays as well as nourishments throughout the day.
• Work with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow throughout the day.
• Other duties as assigned
