NYU Langone Hospital—Brooklyn is seeking a Retail Associate - Food Services to assist in food preparation, service, and cashiering in their dining outlets. You will support daily operations, ensure proper food handling, and maintain cleanliness across cash operation outlets.

The role requires a High School Diploma, ability to read and speak English, and strong cash handling accuracy. This is a on-site position at the hospital's Brooklyn dining facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Collect, prepare, distribute, serve and store food and supplies in all cash operation outlets.
• Merchandising within code compliance.
• Transport full bins for compost, recycle, and trash to the holding area.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, counters and prep space in the Dining Room of all cash operation outlets.
• Demonstrates knowledge in the proper use and sanitation of all equipment.
• Performs cash handling functions in all cash operation outlets.
