Job summary

Compass Group USA, operating through TouchPoint Support Services, is hiring a full-time Food Service Worker in Centerville, TN. The role prepares, presents and serves food, supports safety standards and delivers friendly service to patients, families and visitors.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 am–6:30 pm with rotating weekends and holidays. Pay range is $16.00–$17.00 per hour. Applications are accepted online.

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare and serve food following recipes and safety standards.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays between stations safely.
• Stores food with proper dating and rotation.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and portable equipment.
• Follows standardized recipes and portions for quality and safety.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation, safety and cash-control procedures.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
