Job summary

Mercy Hospital Jefferson is hiring a Food Service Worker I to perform non-cooking duties such as dishwashing, cold prep, salad production, serving, cashiering, tray passing, and general cleaning. The role is based at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO, with full-time evening shifts and rotating weekends/holidays.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of service-related experience. English reading/writing/speaking is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a service-related environment/industry.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
