Amberwell Health Hiawatha is seeking a kitchen services associate to clean and sanitize dishes, pots, and utensils for both retail and patient meals. The role includes delivering patient trays, assisting with room service orders, and keeping the dish area organized and compliant with sanitation standards.

Candidates should be able to work a morning or evening shift, follow procedures, and collaborate with kitchen and hospital staff to ensure timely meal service.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and write English and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must work cooperatively as part of a team.
• Demonstrates ability to manage time and tasks effectively.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor the dish machine, clean and sanitize dishes and utensils.
• Wash pots, pans, and service ware and return to proper storage areas.
• Deliver and retrieve trays from patient areas on a schedule.
• Assist in café prep and room service as needed and directed.
• Maintain sanitation logs and temperatures per protocol.
• Help with cleaning, stocking, and general kitchen duties.
