Qualifications

• Basic reading and writing skills and the ability to do simple math.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to follow directions and be a team player.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to move quickly when needed.
• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• The Food Service Assistant works behind the scenes to provide high quality food for patients, staff, and other customers.
• Performs preparation and delivery of food with high quality and sanitation standards.
• Includes customer service, serving, cleaning and sanitation; requires teamwork, attention to detail and a positive attitude.
