The role partners with executives to translate strategy into actionable financial plans and ensure accountability. Responsibilities include capital and operating budgeting, variance analysis, and system-wide cost management, with a focus on margin improvement and service line support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive financial leadership in healthcare.
• Experience with hospital budgeting and cost accounting.
• Strong communication and leadership in matrixed environments.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to hospital leadership.
• Lead annual operating budget development and execution.
• Perform variance analysis and KPI interpretation.
• Collaborate with system shared services on initiatives.
• Oversee capital planning and development of business plans.
• Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance.
