Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance per codes; documents in CMMS.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, conveyors, doors, etc.).
• Maintain patient care equipment (beds, wheelchairs, carts, tables).
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems; perform routine maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies (leaks, power outages, etc.) as directed.
• Read blueprints and manuals to complete assignments.
