Key responsibilities include conducting repairs on various systems and maintaining records of inspections and preventative maintenance. This position requires a solid educational background and the ability to work independently, along with passing background checks and health screenings.

Qualifications

• Proficient in three or more POM trades.
• Must complete all required health screenings and vaccines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning and supervising general maintenance functions.
• Performs routine and urgent repairs on systems as needed.
• Maintains records of inspections and repairs.
