Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience as a Custodial Worker or similar role, preferably in a supervisory capacity, and an Associate Degree, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience if the candidate does not have an Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial workers in day-to-day cleaning operations for The James, including inpatient/outpatient areas, offices, labs, restrooms, corridors, elevators and entrances.
• Inspect, coordinate, delegate and evaluate personnel performance to maintain service excellence and an Intensive Caring image.
