Qualifications

• Massachusetts Second Class Fireman's boiler license required (as a credential).

• Experience with Word, Excel and an electronic work order system.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing building equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems across facilities.
• Inspect mechanical areas, equipment and piping systems; troubleshoot faults.
• Repair, calibrate and test equipment; document readings and actions.
• Operate energy management systems and monitor cooling towers/HVAC systems.
