Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking a Director to plan, organize, direct, and operate all Facility Departments across the health system, including Concord, Laconia, and Franklin properties. The role emphasizes safe, reliable hospital infrastructure, leadership, and continuous improvement to support our mission.

The Director will lead teams, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and collaborate with PM and Real Estate Development to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in healthcare facilities management.
• CHFM certification upon hire or within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Directs and operates all components of the Facility Departments across Concord Hospital health system.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Leads quality and performance initiatives to improve safety, service, and efficiency.
• Manages department budgeting and resource allocation; develops information and management reports.
