• Progressive leadership experience overseeing hospital plant operations and facilities teams.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards (Joint Commission, CMS, NFPA, Life Safety Code).
• Demonstrated experience managing critical systems (HVAC, electrical, emergency power, medical gas, water systems).
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex hospital environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital facilities operations, including plant maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure systems.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, NFPA.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted hospital operations.
• Direct capital planning, facility upgrades, and construction/renovation projects.
• Partner with clinical and executive leadership to support patient care delivery and operational needs.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and facilities-related budgets.
• Drive emergency preparedness and response planning, including disaster readiness and utility contingencies.
• Build and lead a high-performing facilities team, promoting accountability and service excellence.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost control.

Position Summary
