Qualifications

• Three years preferred in two or more building crafts.

• Certification in refrigerant transition and recovery required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance at the hospital’s main campus and off-site facilities.
• Inspects electrical and mechanical equipment for malfunctions.
• Cleanings of electrical and mechanical equipment such as coils and motors.
• Installs electrical circuits and piping for water and drainage lines.
• Reads blueprints and responds to maintenance calls for repairs.
• Assists Mechanics and maintains documentation of tasks performed.
