Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive training from engineers on safety and repair procedures.
• Perform mechanical and carpentry repairs such as painting and patching.
• Use hand and power tools to disassemble equipment for repairs.
• Observe preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment and systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems run efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Follow set procedures for repetitive tasks.
• Execute duties with defined scope and minimal discretion.
