Olympia Fields Hospital is seeking an Environmental Service Technician to maintain a high level of cleanliness across hospital facilities. This role may involve traveling between sites and requires proactive communication via phone, radios, and pagers.

Per Diem shift is offered, with daytime hours available. Ideal candidates have a year of acute care environmental service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, along with strong reading and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year knowledge within acute care hospital environmental service techniques, practices and procedures preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness within the hospital and adjacent buildings, with potential to travel between facilities.
• Respond to and initiate communication by phone, handheld radios, pagers, etc.
