• EVS Closets and Carts: Keeps closets and carts clean, locked, and orderly at all times
• EVS Equipment: Treats hospital equipment with respect.
• Follows equipment safety policies.
• Puts equipment away after each use.
• Safety/Safe Work Habits: Must be in compliance with departmental safety policies 100% of the time
• Chemicals: Must be able to read and understand Chemical labels and Material Safety Data Sheets
• Follows dilution amounts 100% of the time.
• Keeps bottles properly labeled.
• Keeps chemicals locked in cart or in janitors closet when not using.
• Body Mechanics: Uses safe body mechanics at all times
• In-services and Staff Meetings: Attends mandatory hospital/staff inservices 90% of the time
