Job summary

Shasta Regional Medical Center, a 226-bed acute care facility in Northern California, is seeking an Environmental Service Technician to maintain hospital cleanliness and support patient care.

You will respond to communications by phone and radios, work a day shift, and join a team recognized for quality and safety. A high school diploma and some healthcare housekeeping experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year knowledge within acute care hospital environmental service techniques preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness within hospital and adjacent buildings; may travel between facilities.
• Respond to communications by phone, handheld radios, pagers, etc.
