Job summary

HHS Environmental Services, LLC (USA) is hiring for a full-time Environmental Services Supervisor to support the housekeeping department at Piedmont Macon Hospital. The role involves supervising the EVS team, assigning cleaning duties, and ensuring coverage across all areas of the hospital, with an evening shift option and an $18/hour wage.

The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, fluent in English, and able to work in a team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.
• GED or high school diploma.
• Experience as a supervisor preferred.
• Preferred: Housekeeping experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician, hotel operations, healthcare)

Responsibilities

• Oversee team members and assign cleaning duties to ensure coverage of all areas
• Perform daily inspections and maintain quality control programs
• Manage supplies and ensure team members have the equipment necessary to complete job assignments
• Assist with payroll and administrative duties as assigned
• Assist with cleaning areas of the hospital as needed to ensure full coverage
• Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices
• Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals in the hospital
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently
