Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of infection control principles and procedures.
• Experience in health care environmental services preferred.
• Familiarity with maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect waste from all hospital areas and manage designated storage.
• Disinfect dumpsters and waste areas.
• Dust mop and wet mop floors to keep patient areas clean.
• Wash windows and clean stainless steel, doors, frames, elevators.
• Buff/scrub/recoat floors as needed.
• Assist with laundry carts to and from floors and laundry room.
