Job summary

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking an Environmental Services Director to lead custodial and environmental services operations at Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

The Environmental Services Director is a management position overseeing hospital cleanliness, floor care, patient room cleaning, waste removal and OR cleaning, with responsibilities including leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring safety and sanitation

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3–5 years' experience and 3 years in a management role managing hourly and salaried employees.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize contributions and performance.
• Develop and maintain custodial programs to meet client demands and specifications.
• Manage budgets and labor, supplies, equipment, and related services/materials.
• Ensure safety, sanitation standards and compliance with organizational metrics.
• Oversee overall cleanliness of the hospital, including OR cleaning.
