Agiliti Health, Inc. is seeking a Hospital Service Technician I at SSM St. Mary’s Health Center (Richmond Heights, MO). You will deliver patient-ready equipment, communicate with clinical staff, and ensure high-quality service that meets company metrics.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience (hospital setting preferred), basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds while supporting a 24/7 schedule with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience is required; hospital setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Communicates with clinical staff on equipment features and functionality.
• Provides quality service and meets customer and company metrics.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes equipment for patient-ready use following all protocols.
