Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional housekeeping experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect assigned areas using department procedures.
• Use cleaning chemicals properly according to Joint Commission and OSHA standards.
• Dispose of infectious waste and trash per guidelines.
• Handle and clean up emergency spills per guidelines.
• Follow infection prevention practices including hand hygiene and PPE.
• Maintain safe work/storage areas following established policies.
