Job summary

Fulton County Health Center is seeking an Environmental Services Technician to help maintain a clean and safe hospital environment. You will clean patient rooms, offices, and public spaces, and move furniture and supplies as needed to support daily operations.

You will operate standard cleaning equipment, follow safety protocols, and ensure areas meet high cleanliness standards to protect patients, staff, and visitors. This role is full-time with varied shift options and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to frequently lift and move heavy cleaning supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with pushing and pulling cleaning equipment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned hospital areas, including patient rooms, offices, corridors, and public spaces.
• Move and arrange furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Utilize and maintain cleaning equipment such as mops, vacuum cleaners, and electric/battery-powered devices.
• Ensure areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Adhere to safety protocols to prevent infections and maintain sanitary environments.
