Job summary

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is looking for Environmental Service Technicians to support operations at the St. Louis VA Medical Center. The duties include cleaning outpatient rooms, maintaining floors, and ensuring sanitation in various areas. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and will be subjected to a background investigation. The position offers pay ranging from $16.71 to $21.80 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Subject to a background/suitability investigation.
• Completed physical examination prior to starting.
• Submit a complete application package.

Responsibilities

• Clean outpatient rooms including high dusting, wiping walls, and mopping floors.
• Maintain floors to ensure a glossy appearance and cleanliness.
• Clean break rooms, counters, sinks, and furnishings using approved germicides.
• Ensure common areas are clean and disinfected.
• Remove trash daily and keep receptacles clean.
• Disinfect surfaces and keep waiting rooms tidy.
• Clean glass and mirrors, ensuring no streaks.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and report damages.
• Dust horizontal surfaces with approved germicides.
• Change out cubical curtains when necessary.
• Descale toilet bowls weekly.
• Stock restroom supplies throughout the day.
• Finish and maintain flooring as requested.
