• Ensure daily tasks and deep-clean assignments are completed and staff remain productive.
• Collaborate with the director to request additional staff when needed.
• Train new hires and certify staff competence.
• Order and receive supplies and manage inventory.
• Educate employees on safety measures for chemicals and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for EVS services.
• Perform quality audits and patient satisfaction surveys.
• Maintain time and attendance logs and monthly laundry counts.
