Luminis Health, Inc. in Annapolis, MD is seeking an Environmental Services Attendant lead to maintain a clean, safe hospital environment. You will supervise ES staff, coordinate with nursing, and ensure readiness for inspections.

You will perform rounds, manage supplies, generate reports, and model professional patient interactions, while responding to requests promptly and supporting turnover of patient rooms. This role requires a high school diploma and strong customer service focus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent within one year of hire.
• Ability to read, follow oral and written instructions.
• A professional mannerism that would have positive outcomes on patients, visitors, staff and coworkers.

Mansioni

• Assists ES attendants with daily assignments and oversees tasks.
• Verifies staffing coverage and adjusts staffing patterns as needed.
• Monitors patient areas for cleanliness and regulatory readiness.
• Conducts patient rounds and quality studies, providing customer service exemplars.
• Responds to patient and nursing requests and liaises between nursing and ES.
• Operates Spectralink phone efficiently.
• Ensures floors have adequate cleaning supplies.
• Generates required computer reports and documents.
• Provides leadership and assists with turnover of patient rooms.
• Supervises ES staff in the absence of ES Supervisor and management.
