Qualifications

• Ability to learn established cleaning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Cleans patients' rooms, common areas, offices, lavatories, halls and food service areas.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans hallways, stairs and office spaces using 7 cleaning steps.
• Empties trash and linen; replenishes supplies throughout the organization.
• Cleans bathrooms, light fixtures, ceilings, vents, walls and furniture.
• Notifies supervisor about needs for major/minor repairs to lighting, HVAC or ventilation equipment.
• Records work completed on daily assignment checklists and reports to supervisor.
