Job summary

TMC HealthCare is seeking an entry-level hospital housekeeper to support daily cleaning tasks, patient room sanitation, and public area upkeep. You will follow established procedures, maintain supplies, and assist with maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities include cleaning patient rooms, restrooms, and common areas while adhering to safety standards and TMCH values. Ability to learn products and basic computer tasks is desirable.

Qualifications

• Entry-level housekeeping role in a hospital setting.
• Education: HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to learn cleaning products and procedures.
• If patient facing, must read/listen and comprehend English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Identifies cleaning products and follows directions.
• Collects refuse and disposes of waste safely.
• Fills dispensers and maintains supplies as required.

• Provides courteous service to patients, visitors and staff.
• Performs terminal cleaning of patient rooms and prepares rooms for new occupants.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
