Trinity Health is seeking an Environmental Services Associate (housekeeping) at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby, PA. This full-time, day-shift role requires 12:00 pm–8:30 pm with every other weekend commitment, contributing to sanitary conditions and patient safety.

Responsibilities include cleaning, maintaining equipment, and responding to emergencies. A HS diploma or equivalent is required, with comprehensive benefits from the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Promote sanitary conditions, which prevents the spread of infection and odors.
• Demonstrates knowledge and efficient use of cleaning techniques, solutions, equipment and tools.
• Performs all cleaning and project assignments within area of responsibility or as directed by supervisor.
• Maintains equipment, tools and storage areas in clean, orderly and good operating conditions.
• Responds rapidly and thoroughly to emergencies, special needs, spills, etc.
• Exercises good judgment while working around patients and visitors.
• The Floor Tech is required to work every other weekend and every other major holiday.
