Job summary

MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Hospital Housekeeper. This entry-level role supports the Environmental Services team to keep patient areas clean, safe and welcoming for children and families.

The schedule is 11:00am–7:30pm, .8 FTE, Friday–Monday as relief coverage. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with prior housekeeping experience a plus; English reading/writing speaking required to communicate with staff.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Previous Housekeeper experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• You will perform cleaning duties and maintain environmental surfaces in an orderly and sanitary condition
• You will organize and complete required department tasks in coordination with services provided by patient care personnel and other support service departments
• You will communicate effectively with your team and nursing staff
• You will partner with a service-oriented attitude and professional integrity
