Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of West Valley in Tolleson, AZ, is seeking a full-time Environmental Services Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant hospital environment. This onsite role supports patient well-being and a healing atmosphere.

As part of our team, you will operate cleaning tools, follow established procedures, and work independently to meet deadlines. Evening, weekend, or night shifts may be required based on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• May be required to work weekdays/weekends and evenings/night shifts if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety across hospital areas according to quality standards and regulations.
• Utilize cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and floor polishers to perform duties.
• Assist in maintaining a tidy work environment and handle general office equipment.
