The position emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred and shifts may include evenings or nights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• May be required to work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings and/or night shifts if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety across all hospital areas according to established quality standards and regulations.
• Utilize cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, floor polishers, and other tools.
• Handle general office equipment and keep work area tidy.
• Communicate effectively and maintain a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Work independently and meet deadlines and expectations.
• Follow guidelines for handling hazardous materials and exposure situations.
