• 3–6 months of hospital or institutional housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses appropriate cleaning supplies and chemicals according to procedures.
• Cleans and prepares patient rooms, beds, stretchers and assigned areas.
• Scrubs, mops and buffs floors; dusts and polishes furniture.
• Cleans glass interiors, woodwork, toilets and fixtures.
• Cleans sinks, tables and dining areas; removes trash to designated stations.
