Baptist Health is hiring an Electrician for the Plant Facilities Department, 2nd shift, at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL. You will maintain, repair, and install electrical systems and equipment across a healthcare facility, ensuring safety and reliability of power distribution, lighting, and specialized medical devices.

The role requires diagnosing issues, following safety standards, and responding as a first responder to electrical repair requests across a large range of equipment

Qualifications

• Over 5 years electrical experience.
• 1-2 years HVAC experience.
• 1-2 years mechanical experience.
• 1-2 years electronic experience.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and controls.

Responsabilités

• Performs corrective and preventative maintenance relative to scheduled and non-scheduled work orders.
• Primary responsibilities will be electrical but will also include general mechanical assignments as needed.
• Operates and maintains technically sophisticated electrical equipment.
• Provides training to staff in use of utilities and equipment.
• Performs detailed repair work as assigned and other related work.
