Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures; maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and other food prep surfaces; removes trash and empties containers.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading/unloading.
