Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, FL is seeking a Food Service Aide/Porter to clean and maintain all areas of the Foodservice Department in line with safety, sanitation and infection control standards. You will handle carts and equipment, transport meal trays as needed, perform ware washing per safety guidelines, and dispose of waste.

This role requires ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

• Safely and consistently cleans and sanitizes foodservice areas.

Aufgaben

• Complies with internal policies and procedures, as well as, regulatory requirements/standards regarding kitchen safety and sanitation.
• Cleans and maintains carts and kitchen equipment, using proper techniques and cleaning solutions.
• May transport carts, deliver meal trays, or pick up meal trays from assigned areas.
• Performs ware washing duties per safety guidelines. Can include but is not limited to: dish machine and three compartment pot sink.
• Regularly collects and disposes of all food related and recyclable waste/trash.
