Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silverware as required and maintains sanitation of equipment.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and safe; sweeps and mops floors.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas and assists unloading.
