• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays and prep areas in sanitary condition.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures; ensures cleanliness.
• Polishes silverware using standard methods; maintains sanitation.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and proper temperatures/chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area clean and organized; follows safety standards.
• Assists with loading and unloading supplies and products.
