Responsibilities

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen surfaces, and utensils in clean, sanitary condition.
Washes pots, pans, and trays using approved procedures.
Polishes silverware and maintains sanitation of dish area.
Follows safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
Keeps dish area organized and complies with safety standards.
Sweeps and mops kitchen floors and cleans prep surfaces.
Removes trash and handles waste appropriately.
Transports supplies between storage and work areas; assists with loading/unloading.
