Responsibilities

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, and utensils in orderly, sanitary condition.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays according to procedures.
• Polish silver and manage cleaning tasks with appropriate equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and chemical standards.
• Keep the dish area clean and organized; mop and sweep floors.
• Assist with loading/unloading supplies and transfer between storage areas.
