Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Austell, GA is seeking a Full Time Dishwasher for our Nutrition and Food Services team. Hours run 6:00 am–2:30 pm, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, or 12:00 pm start, with shift variation. Duties include retail and tray-line support, patient meal prep, and warewashing.

Responsibilities

• Retail - serving, prepping, cleaning, restocking, cashiering, while demonstrating great customer service skills.
• Tray Line - preparing patient meals per diet orders and patient preferences.
• Utility - transporting patient meal carts, warewashing, and basic housekeeping.
• Ensures the safety of customers and team members per HACCP and health guidelines.
• Maintains clean and organized work areas, free of spills and hazards.
• Monitors/records food and equipment temperatures and corrects out-of-range issues.
• Stores food and supplies with proper labeling, dating and rotation.
• Follows department schedule, including weekends/holidays.
